Most people do not like the arrow in shortcut icon .it sees ugly and un-plea-sent effect in our mind,so this tip for those who don't like this arrow.

1. first open run by using command win+ R.
2. type  " REGEDIT " (without commas) an hit enter.
3. Now  registry file is open, now search  HEKY_CLASSIC ROOM  and click on it
4. now by pressing "l" key from keyboard you go on l directory file,then find " lnkfile " file here and hit enter on it or click on it.
5. Now look at the right side of registry......find the file " Isshortcut  " and  right click on it go to option rename.
6. just add  this   "japhettable" (without commas)  before the word " Isshortcut  " then press enter
7. last step restart your computer and enjoy the arrow free Icon ......

Make un-delete able Folder

• ·        First open command prompt by typing “cmd” in run (win + r), then press enter.
• ·        When command prompt is opened, then go to that location where you want to make the un-delete able folder.
• If you are using windows 7 or higher operating system then you can easily open in that particular directory   by just pressing shift button and right click on that directory, then select “open command window here”.
•  
• ·        Making folder type that command “md con\” then press enter key.
• ·        Here is your folder is make in that directory which is undeletable. Here md means ‘make directory’ and ‘con’ is the folder name.
• Note: If you want to make more un-delete able folder, you can also use these names like (aux, lpt1, lpt2, lpt3 up to lpt9). But except these or ‘con’ you cannot make un-delete able folder.
• Remove un-delete able Folder
• ·        Just use this command in particular directory where is the un-delete able folder is located. Type “rd con\” and hit enter……..your folder is deleted.
